Terms & Conditions for Social Media Feature

APPLICATION
We will review your application within 3 working days. If you are successful, we will get in touch by e-mail and send you your invoice. You will need to process your payment within 48 hours, otherwise we can’t guarantee that your chosen week will be still available.

PAYMENT
Invoices are sent and payments are made through PayPal or Stripe and you don’t need to have either of those accounts. You are welcome to pay with any debit or credit card.

CHANGE OF DETAILS
Any changes you may want to make to your info (shop name changes etc.) must be received within 24 hours of your feature time.  If we do not receive this information we will post whatever details we have.

PHOTOS REQUIREMENTS
Photos cannot contain a watermark or website or shop logo. Photos must have an engaging composition, be shot in well lid areas and must be edited. It is your responsibility to let us know if we need to give photo credit to a photographer when posting.

FEATURE LENGTH
Paid features will not be removed unless you have asked us to remove it.  We reserve the right to remove any posts and if we decide to do so you will be notified via email.

APPLICATION REFUSAL
We reserve the right to turn down any social media feature on our social media platforms without explanation. Most features are approved, but if you are not selected it’s very likely that your product photography, styling or the actual product doesn’t match our brand. We also won’t publish any explicit content or nudity
